The Virtual Workshop for HR Professionals is created by Sony Thomas and the course content is derived from the number one expert on leadership, John Maxwell. The Workshop has THREE Parts:

1. SIX Virtual Mastermind Session of 90 minutes each spread across TEN weeks. (The participants are expected to attend the call and commit to reading and worksheet exercise between the sessions. These sessions are created to invoke co-learning experience)
2. THREE 60 minutes of one to one coaching per participant to help create a leadership growth plan.
3. You will be registered on to our Premium Coaching Application that will keep you focused and engaged through worksheet, exercise and reading materials, and also be your virtual accountability partner.

Coach Sony brings this workshop alive by bringing all THREE parts together in synchrony that will accelerate your learning curve and behaviour modification, so you can display influence and leadership within 10 weeks. Each mastermind group is maximum of 10 participants, so you have the opportunity to interact and build meaningful learning and relationships with other professional in the HR fraternity.
