In life, professionally, personally, or socially, we are faced with constant change of states, but many a times we approach these changes using obsolete emotions, skills, knowledge, character, relationships and self awareness, which does not effectively and efficiently serve the transition.

No Transition is when we continue to hold on to our past ways and belief systems, trying to adapt and produce results using obsolete resources. We either fail to understand the need for change or are too arrogant to change, ultimately leading to 'crash & burn'.

Unleveraged Transition is when we are aware and intentional about moving forward, but try to navigate the transition with limited resources, and ultimately end up spending too much energy and time re-inventing the wheel. We may succeed after extended time periods and extensive efforts, however it is also possible that we give up in the long run and subsequently fade away after multiple tries.

LEVERAGED TRANSITION is when we are aware, intentional and committed to adapt and succeed by leveraging right opportunities, people and processes. Transitions become smooth and successful when our willingness to grow is complemented with the right professional guidance, that helps uncover the blind spots and roadblocks to success.
