Very often it is the transition people resist - not the change itself. Change involves a shift in the external situation, it is about the events or circumstances which impact on and affect the person, like campus to corporate. Transition is an internal, three-phase psychological reorientation that people go through as they come to terms with a change.

Many students struggle to effectively transition from campus to corporate  and find it difficult to be productive and happy at work and home.  Each  of these areas are corner stones to leveraging the transition to your advantage and celebration of life.

The investments in each area may vary according to the life season you are in, but in no way is one area more important than the other to celebrate life.

The objective of the program is to help students navigate through the transitional curve by enlightening them with the right beliefs, actions and thoughts. It will empower the student in letting go of 'who they are' and honing their knowledge, skill and attitude for 'who they can be'.
